This is for an article about US government watchdogs who were supposed to be monitoring oil companies but who were instead sleeping with oil company employees and taking bribes. The oil guys even let them stay over at their houses when they were too drunk to drive. Nice friends, good friends. But then they were caught being good friends. Uh oh.
