Bologna Children's Book Fair

Last week I went to the Bologna Children's Book Fair. What an excuse to get away to Italy! It was quite a new experience for me. And for the first day, I was happy to just take it all in. Here are some shots from the fair.

One of the many giant conference halls, with rows of publishers. You can't really tell from the photo how enormous the space is. But it's huge.

A wall provided for illustrators to post up their images, business cards, posters, and other collectible things. There were three long walls like this, and they were all crammed with images.
