Tivat is an interesting place.

Tivat is a place near Montenegro. It is an old, old place, and was used variously over the years as the seat of a monastery, diosece, naval and army base. It was a base for trade for many years as well. It is currently being redeveloped and touted as the next Monaco. The naval base will be transformed into a luxury yacht marina. The rich must also have a playground. But are the rich boring people? I hope they keep some of the old naval stuff. I hope they don't make it a bunch of boring marinas and yachts. I'd hate that. Unless I myself had the biggest yacht there.
